• Your info on the left: fill in your name and a couple of details specific to the call. The list on the right updates as you type.
• What to cover on the right: not a script. Just the beats you need to hit, in your own words.
• During the call: tap the circle on a beat to check it off as you cover it.
• Tap + on any beat to open a note field. Good for reference numbers, what they said, next steps.
• Copy notes when you're done. Plain text summary of everything, checked or not, with any notes attached.
• Save to device (toggle, bottom left of the form) keeps your filled-in details between visits. Off by default.
